FAQs
Why should I use a travel agent?
Travel agents bring expertise, experience, and personal service to the table. We help you find the best value for your budget—not just the cheapest price. Unlike online booking sites, we offer personalized recommendations, access to exclusive deals and upgrades, and handle all the logistics. If there’s a delay, cancellation, or issue during your trip, you have a real person to call who will advocate on your behalf and help resolve the problem quickly.
Do you charge a fee?
No! Many of our services are commission-based, meaning we’re paid by travel suppliers (like hotels, cruise lines, or tour operators), so you don’t pay extra. For custom itineraries or complex planning, we may charge a consultation or planning fee to cover the time and expertise involved, this will always be discussed upfront, with no surprises.
How far in advance should I book my trip?
The ideal booking window depends on the type of trip:
Cruises or Disney vacations: 6–12 months ahead for the best rates and availability.
All-inclusive resorts or guided tours: 4–8 months ahead.
Holiday or peak season travel: Book as early as possible—9–12 months is ideal.
Last-minute trips: We can still help! But flexibility with dates and destinations is key.
Can you help with flights, hotels and transfers?
Yes! We can book all aspects of your trip, including airfare, accommodations, airport transfers, rental cars, and even restaurant reservations or special experiences. We aim to make your trip as smooth and stress-free as possible—whether it’s a weekend getaway or a month-long international adventure.
Do you offer payment plans?
Many of our travel partners offer flexible payment options, such as low deposits with installment plans. This allows you to secure your trip early and pay over time. We’ll help you understand what’s available and choose a plan that works with your budget and timeline.
